This project posed the challenge of establishing an integrated
brand strategy that could facilitate a merger between FoodWorks and
Australia United Retailers to create the independent supermarket
group "FoodWorks".

The outcome was the establishment of FoodWorks as a seriously
viable, competitive and powerful force in the world of Australian
grocery chain retailing.
